The availability of channels and bots has opened as a broadcast channel for any media outlet. We asked the following questions: Do media outlets from Spain use Telegram channels? Which media outlets? Are they verified? What is their volume of subscribers? Can this information be used to rank media outlets? We identified many media channels and data were collected from each one. We present the results in a ranking. Forty-two media based in Spain have Telegram channels, 26 of which are ranked in the directory. Less than half of these channels are verified by the platform, and only three are linked to their website. This lack of verification could lead to the proliferation of fake channels. The article ends with a series of recommendations for channel managers to make it easier for the end user to identify and verify each media outlet.

The fundamental premise in PBL says the education should begin with a problem that is relevant and meaningful for students. The USB has implemented three different ways for applying the PBL. These are: in applied research projects for student groups; a general Applied Research project; and General Project applied with cohesive previous knowledge. The Scoring is determined by assigned tasks and tracing in each phases of the development project software. Through the process of training and assessment developing argumentative skills, interpretatives skills and purposeful skills.
Improved low voltage solution calculation method for voltage stability assessment of electric power systems

It is based on a state space search approach and it has the following features: (a) it is fully derived with voltages in polar coordinates, making its insertion in existing production grade LF programs a very easy task; (b) a special procedure is proposed so that it is always possible to obtain a state space search direction and an initial state estimate for the LVS calculation; (c) nonconvergent and divergent cases are easily and efficiently detected and handled through the use of step size optimization techniques; (d) it correctly identifies the desired LVS in case several close solutions exist (as it is often the case for real life systems); and (e) the LVS can be found regardless of its distance to the stable (high voltage) solution. Test results have shown that the method is robust and efficient. Finally, a very simple maximum loading point proximity index is proposed...

The main idea is to write the solutions and controls in a series form where each term satisfies a new problem, still coupled, but that can be written in cascade form. The result is then obtained combining the null controllability of these new systems with the convergence of the series.

We extend Born's theory to the case of curved space–times and construct a reciprocal general relativity theory (in curved space–times) as a local gauge theory of the quaplectic group and given by the semidirect product [Formula: see text], where the non-Abelian Weyl–Heisenberg group is H(1, 3). The gauge theory has the same structure as that of complex non-Abelian gravity. Actions are presented and it is argued why such actions based on Born's reciprocal relativity principle, involving a maximal speed limit and a maximal proper force, is a very promising avenue to quantize gravity that does not rely in breaking the Lorentz symmetry at the Planck scale, in contrast to other approaches based on def...

Earlier work on the RH based on supersymmetric QM, whose potential was related to the Gauss–Jacobi theta series, allows us to provide the proper framework to construct the well-defined algorithm to compute the density of zeros in the critical line, which would complement the existing formulas in the literature for the density of zeros in the critical strip. Geometric probability theory furnishes the answer to the difficult question whether the probability that the RH is true is indeed equal to unity or not. To test the validity of this geometric probabilistic framework to compute the probability if the RH is true, we apply it directly to the the hyperbolic sine function sinh (s) case which obeys a trivial analog of the RH (the HSRH). Its zeros are equally spaced in the imaginary axis sn=0+inπ. The geometric probability to find a zero (and an infinity of zeros) ...

A method for computing minimum load shedding in a competitive electric power market is proposed. ... more A method for computing minimum load shedding in a competitive electric power market is proposed. The minimum load-shedding problem is formulated as an optimal power flow (OPF), including equality and inequality nonlinear constraints which take into account the system's security conditions. A multiple predictor-corrector (MPC) higher order interior-point method was implemented and tested. The utilisation of an MPC method leads to both a smaller number of iterations for convergence and smaller computational times. The idea is to determine individual load-shedding percentages for each busbar to assure predefined security conditions. Several test power systems were used in the simulations, namely the IEEE 30, 57, 118 and 300 busbar systems. Also, two realistic power systems were used, a 464 busbar, corresponding to the interconnected Peruvian system, and a 2256 busbar corresponding to part (South-Southeast) of the interconnected Brazilian system. An analysis of the dual variables related to the optimisation problem is also carried out.
