The model aligns five interdependent pillars to form an integrated socio-technical operating system: People, Platforms, Processes, Protection, and Pulse. People establish role clarity, decision rights, and training that elevate expertise at the point of care. Platforms treat technology as an enabler of safe, observable work through resilient infrastructure and cybersecurity. Processes connect emergency management principles, incident command systems, and lean continuous improvement. Protection integrates physical and cybersecurity to defend critical services, supply chains, and intellectual property. Pulse uses data, analytics, research, and continuous learning to sustain situational awareness, governance, and adaptation. Together, these pillars deliver enterprise resilience across preparedness, response, and recovery phases, offering a replicable model for complex organizations.
