Penyeimbangan beban gardu distribusi dilakukan dengan cara memindahkan hubungan fasa pada tiang sambungan dari fasa yang lebih ke fasa yang kurang Penentuan fasa yang akan diseimbangkan dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan hasil penyeimbangan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyeimbangan menggunakan aplikasi Matlab. .Metode penyeimbangan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode fuzzy logic berdasarkan besaran arus pada masing-masing fasa. Exploring willingness to pay of urban air mobility and on-demand transport: A pooled SP and RP mode in Greater Jakarta

Research presented in this paper analyzed two data sets from Revealed Preference (RP) and Stated ... more Research presented in this paper analyzed two data sets from Revealed Preference (RP) and Stated Preference (SP), obtained with a new travel diary and mode choice survey. This survey, called Mobility Jakarta, combines both revealed and stated preference parts and was conducted in the Greater Jakarta region. This is the first survey that collected responses from a substantial sample of the population across the whole metropolitan area. We estimated a pooled SP and RP data sets using a mixed logit (MXL) model and a multinomial logit (MNL) model. We explored their Willingness To Pay (WTP), e.g., the Value of Travel Time Savings (VTTS), Value of Travel Time Assigned to Travel (VTAT), and the elasticity for all mode choice alternatives, including On-Demand Transport (ODT) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM).

Various methods exist for population synthesis with different advantages and disadvantages. For the Greater Jakarta area, a synthetic population has previously been generated using Bayesian Network (BN) approach and Generalized Raking (GR) multilevel IPF. This approach used very large, city level marginal to fit the population and only captured individual control totals. Here we generate a synthetic population using Iterative Proportional Updating approach to match both individual and household level controls of the population of smallest available census zones, called subdistricts, in Greater Jakarta region, using census-based marginal distributions and existing sample surveys

With the introduction of new BRT system, Denpasar Greater Area, Bali (Sarbagita), Indonesia now h... more With the introduction of new BRT system, Denpasar Greater Area, Bali (Sarbagita), Indonesia now have a new alternative in addition to the currently available alternatives such as feeder, car, and motorcycle. We compare random utility maximization model (RUM) with random regret minimization model (RRM) using data from 526 respondents of Sarbagita. We obtain 14,055 observations in a total of three categorical distance; short, medium, and long, which each category has ten stated preference experiments. Our model fit results suggest that RUM outperforms RRM in all distance category. We found that for long distance, travel time is nearly elastic for BRT, feeder, and car, while cost is elastic for car. Thus, the implementation of a policy to reduce BRT travel time might give a substantial increase in the probability of choosing the mode, while policy to increase car cost might give a substantial reduction in the probability to choose a car.

A synthetic population integrates a variety of databases from commercial and public sources into a common architecture for data exchange. The process preserves the confidentiality of the individuals in the original data sets, yet produces realistic attributes and demographics for the synthetic individuals. The synthetic population is a set of synthetic people and households, located geographically, each associated with demographic variables recorded in the census. Joint demographic distributions are reconstructed from the marginal distributions available in typical census data using an iterative proportional fitting (IPF) technique [5]. The case study of this research is the Jakarta agglomeration (Jabodetabek: Jakarta-Bogor-Depok- Tangerang-Bekasi), which has a population of approximately 29 million inhabitants. It is the 2nd biggest agglomeration worldwide after greater Tokyo. The majority of people who live in the area surrounding Jakarta perform their primary activities (working, studying, shopping, etc.) in Jakarta. Mobility Jakarta: Stated and revealed preference survey

The survey was conducted in Greater Jakarta, which includes three provinces: West Java, Jakarta, ... more The survey was conducted in Greater Jakarta, which includes three provinces: West Java, Jakarta, and Banten, with 13 cities in total. The data collection was conducted from April to May 2019. The cities outside Jakarta are called Bodetabek (Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). A total of 5,143 respondents were interviewed, some of which represent complete households. To the best of our knowledge, no previous study conducted in Jakarta had such a large sample size. Finally, the survey consisted of 3711 respondents in 951 households and 1432 individuals. The survey included the usual socio-demographic questions, with items such as age, gender, income, car ownership, and the primary mode of transport. The RP travel diary of three working days consisted of detailed information on the respondent’s departure time, mode of transport, trip destination, and trip purpose. The survey design follows the Mobidrive protocol that was well-defined. The last element in the survey was a mode choice SP experiment. Respondents were asked a couple of preliminary questions before completing the SP experiment, i.e., whether their trips were in Jakarta or not, were they a driver or non-driver, and their travel distance. However, to collect whole population data is not efficient because it requires an expensive and time-consuming survey, especially for a large populations. Therefore, this research tries to construct the whole population of the Greater Jakarta area using previous surveys. One of them was conducted by JICA in 2009 with a 3% sample of households. This paper uses graphical representation, a Bayesian Network (BN), which allows identifying the best joint probability distribution of the data structure and Iterative Proportional Fitting (IPF) to fit data against aggregate census data. The results show that using BN approach can produce data that represents probability distribution of sample data and IPF to match it against aggregate census data

Exploring activity-travel behavior changes during the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia

This study examines the change in activities and associated travel during the beginning of COVID-... more This study examines the change in activities and associated travel during the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study is particularly interested in analyzing the role of attitudes, descriptive norms, protective behaviors toward COVID-19, travel frequency before the pandemic, and spatial and individual characteristics on activity-travel behavior changes in relation to information and communication technology (ICT) use. Data were obtained from 1062 respondents using a web-based questionnaire survey. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the complex relationships among variables. This study found that descriptive norms positively affected the frequency of travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. Teleworking and e-learning and attitudes toward COVID-19 directly affected activity-travel behavior changes. On the contrary, teleshopping did not contribute to reducing out-of-home activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Experience of ICT influenced a decline in travel frequency and ride-hailing use. Furthermore, although personal attributes insignificantly influenced activity-travel behavior change, these attributes directly affected ICT use. Meanwhile, people living outside of Java Island had a higher travel frequency during the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic than their counterparts. Based on our findings, this study recommends that the very initial step in an emergency caused by a disaster be to massively socialize or educate people about the risk of the pandemic and to continue with a policy to minimize travel by encouraging teleworking and e-learning. Empowering ICT to support activities from home will beneficially minimize the spread of the pandemic.
