In the predominant era of education, teaching and learning must transform to help students foster aptitudes to prosper in 21st century. Classroom tasks assigned to students at all levels of teaching and learning are extremely essential and it is mandatory for students to consistently follow and present assignments not only for recording commendable grades in exams but for holistic development of strong conjectural and pragmatic skills associated to a particular subject. Revising the curriculum topics is an important aspect of effective teaching and learning alongside pinpointing those topics which learners have not been able to comprehend because of numerous reasons. Effective teaching and learning necessitates improvements in lecture delivery which can bring enormous improvements to learners understanding of concepts. This research work proposes three innovative practices of teaching and learning that consider above aspects of teaching and learning and not only assist to deal with concerns related to teaching and learning but originate a competitive atmosphere which augments performance of apprentices and faculty members. Inspiring creative Minds is a teaching and learning approach which uses various software tools and IT infrastructure to provide ease and inspiration to students for better learning and participation in student centered learning process; in addition Inspiring Creative Minds is a guide to assist teachers for implementing and practicing student-centered teaching.

Big data has also been utilized to plan and achieve preemptive and preventive capabilities by big data analysis which gives insights about various facts which otherwise remain hidden, enabling the management to take appropriate decisions at various critical junctures. This research paper discusses the role of cloud computing to support the implementation of big data in higher education for enhancing the teaching experience and supporting administration with a clear visualization of future facts by big data analytics. Cloud computing has been successfully implemented in higher education, this research paper showcases the implementation of cloud computing in higher education as a supporting infrastructure for big data and big data analytics.

Several subjects in Computer science necessitate practical and realistic classes in addition to s... more Several subjects in Computer science necessitate practical and realistic classes in addition to supporting the theoretical underpinning taught to the students. In various subjects' practical exposure & skill is imperative to meet the industry requirements. However, educational establishments can't provide an out-and-out environment for every student to practice. Providing an appropriate Lab for apprentices that bestows desired exposure and feel of a real Network has been a challenging task for every educational establishment. Virtual Labs have been a major milestone and are effectively implemented in numerous colleges and universities throughout the world. In this article, the author is providing a complete setup and functionality of Implementing Virtual Private Networks using virtual Labs to reflect a more realistic and appropriate Networking environment for instructional and educational purposes. Fresh graduates or Diploma holders rarely have practical exposure and experience in deploying and implementing VPNs. Establishing a Virtual Private Network is a cumbersome job, and lack of practical exposure makes it even difficult for a fresher to establish one exclusively for the employer. The Author is providing a guideline for the users so that they can establish Virtual Private Networks using virtual machines. Hence presenting an environment wherein students can have numerous deployments of VPNs with different features. The students gain the required exposure and develop an understanding of Virtual Private Networks meticulously and pragmatically.

Game-based or activity-based learning becomes essential to achieve the learning objectives and overall comprehension of students of a particular concept. Several game-based classroom activities have been proposed in the past and implemented with quite a success rate. This research study proposes a game-based activity that is intended not only for enhancing attention span or generating interest in learning in students however it addresses several issues and takes into consideration (1) the importance of revision of topics and (2) the importance of identifying topics that students have not been able to fully or partially comprehend (3) feedback on the topics delivered (4) ensuring individual progress of students (5) enhances attention span of students (6) stimulates competitive environment, (7) enhances intrinsic motivation amongst students, and (8) enhances comprehension of concepts & progression of students.

These innovative technologies have of late been implemented in the education sector with significant success in achieving the goal of "education par excellence". A lot of research has been conducted to yield the benefits of IoT in the education sector and many models have been proposed in the past by various researchers all around the world. This research introduces a systematic manner of collecting the data using sensing devices from various cohorts of students studying at "Middle East College" and how this data can be utilized to infer various postulations related to the enhancement of teaching and learning. Moreover, visualization of the facts that may provide preventive and preemptive capabilities to manage and support them in decision making is also explored in great detail. This research work is an effort to contribute to the development of a strong educational system through innovation and inquiry. This research work is also intended to contribute to developing the foundation of "knowledgebase" for Middle East College.

Cloud Computing has benefitted organizations literally in every field of expertise irrespective of their size. Higher Education Institutions are certainly not an exception and many of the higher education institutions have successfully implemented cloud and are hugely benefitting from it.
