Accordingly, this study examines the development of place branding research over time in terms of years of publication, publication outlets, authorship, countries, methods, and theories adopted. Further, based on the literature synthesis, this review proposes a conceptual framework by integrating the antecedents, mediators and consequences reported in the place branding literature. This study also performs a lexicometric analysis to illustrate different themes of place branding research studied over time. Finally, this study identifies under-researched areas in place branding and provides directions to advance this research in terms of theory development, context, characteristics and methodology. It is increasingly becoming more important for HR to be relevant and Effective. With the advent of IT in HRM , there has been increased interest in the advantages of e-HRM usage and implementation. However, although several benefits of e-HRM usage are anticipated, researchers observe a lack of research on the contribution of e-HRM toward HRM effectiveness (Strohmeier, 2007). To address this inadequacy and contribute to the debate on the contributions of e-HRM in enhancing HRM effectiveness, this paper empirically examines the potential outcome of e-HRM usage in organizations. Such an examination will add to our understanding of the usefulness of e-HRM usage. The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between the use of e-HRM system and HRM effectiveness, by building upon the UTAUT model.
