Moderation in spending is one of the basic goals that Islam calls for, and contemporary economists have also called for it under the slogan of rationalizing consumption. The Holy Qur'an urges moderation in everything and not to be extravagant. Islam in its call for moderation in spending without excessive or negligence is keen on the side Essential in society, is observing the balance between income and spending (consumption), since increased consumption is considered from an economic point of view-in addition to the occurrence of inflation as a result of the lack of supply of goods and services in the face of increasing demands-an obstacle to the formation of the saving surplus necessary for the development process. Hence, it becomes clear to us the importance of role models on the part of leaders and officials before themselves and before members of society to limit the colors of luxury and control consumption, and this is what the Commander of the Faithful Omar Ibn Al-Khattab applied in a practical application. In his description he was briefer than what they said at that time: that beasts used to take shelter in it to humans, and that a man who was suffering from hunger used to slaughter a sheep and heal it for its ugliness, so he rose to this catastrophe...and took care of himself that he did not eat اﻟﺸﺮﯾﻌﺔ ﻛﻠﯿﺔ ﻣﺠﻠﺔ اﻷﺷﺮاف ﺑﺘﻔﮭﻨﺎ واﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن-دﻗﮭﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ اﻟﻌﺪد ﻟﺴﻨﺔ واﻟﻌﺸﺮون ٢٠٢١ م ا ﻹ اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺻﺪار " اﻟﺠﺰء ا ﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ "-٩٥٧-food purer than the food that afflicts the poor and deprived of his subjects, so she passed on him Months taste nothing but bread and oil. It was also affected by him that he forbade selling or eating meat for two consecutive days of every week when it was less and no longer enough for people in Medina, and he used to come to the massacre of ZubairIbn Al-Awwam in Al-Baqi', and there was no other city in it. You folded your stomach for two days. Therefore, and for many reasons, I chose the topic of research, and I made clear the prohibition of extravagance, the prohibition of hoarding, and the stewardship of spending.
