The study aims to identify academic leadership and its role in improving university performance a... more The study aims to identify academic leadership and its role in improving university performance at Imam University College, as well as to diagnose the level of academic leadership practices at Imam University College, the research sample. The research problem was how to determine the nature of the relationship between academic leadership and its role in improving university performance at Imam University College, in line with the vital role played by these variables. The research population and sample consisted of the academic leadership at Imam University College (27) academics. The research sample included a comprehensive inventory of the dean's office and his assistants, as well as all department heads and rapporteurs at the college under study (27), with an accuracy level of 5%. The study found a significant correlation between the average responses of the study sample members regarding academic leadership and its role in improving university performance at Imam University College. The study recommended the need for academic leaders at Imam University College to take advantage of the positive relationship between the dimensions of academic leadership, represented by (inspiring a shared vision and empowering human resources), by developing and understanding creative skills and abilities, which contributes to raising the level of academic leadership .

This software optimizes management decision making via provision of the Heads of the Rospotrebnadzor organizations with the comprehensive current data on the sanitary-epidemiological situation on plague across the whole territory of the natural foci in Russia, and by enhancing the quality of the visual data display, which are essential for the decision making in the sphere of biological safety provision. Neste trabalho o objetivo foi avaliar a diversidade fenotípica de estirpes de rizóbios isoladas d... more Neste trabalho o objetivo foi avaliar a diversidade fenotípica de estirpes de rizóbios isoladas de feijoeiro (Phaseolus vulgaris). Foram avaliadas 31 estirpes provenientes da Coleção de Microrganismos Fixadores de Nitrogênio do Laboratório de Microbiologia de Solos do IAPAR. Essas estirpes foram pré-selecionadas para eficiência em simbiose com feijoeiro. A concentração de AIA foi determinada em meio Tris extrato de levedura manitol triptofano e quantificada (Tris-YMRT) pelo método colorimétrico. Todas as estirpes produziram AIA e a quantidade variou de 23 a 300 µM. As características morfológicas de colônias predominantes foram: tamanho maior que 2 mm, forma circular, textura não viscosa, absorção de corantes do meio de cultura, produção de goma, colônias elevadas, com bordas e estruturas lisas e opacas. A maioria das estirpes acidificou o meio de cultura e não produziu melanina. Esse grupo de estirpes "elite" apresentou alta diversidade fenotípica.

In this paper, three feature selection methods and three machine learning regression models are u... more In this paper, three feature selection methods and three machine learning regression models are used to select the best feature subset from the feature set to predict compound energy performance. By comparing the matching performance of different feature selection methods and machine learning models, the experimental results show that Ant Colony Optimization is used for feature selection and the Support Vector Regression model is used for the best prediction effect. The research in this paper can provide references for the prediction of new material properties in the future.
