Rectangular microstrip patch antenna along with the proposed structure is designed to resonate at two frequencies 12.48GHz and 10.40GHz, which exhibits-13.10dB and-10.93dB return loss at operating frequency and has impedance bandwidth from 1.933 to 1.958GHz. The return loss and impedance bandwidth of the patch antenna along with the proposed structure is improved. All the simulation work is done by using CST-MWS Software version 11.

The various resonating frequencies for designed antenna are 8.59GHz, 9.2 GHz and 11.36 GHz for RT Duroid Rogers 6010, FR 4 and RT Duroid Rogers 5880 respectively. It is our primary need today to achieve the higher data rates in limited spectrum bandwidth to improve the performance of signals. We know digital communication system outperforms analog ones in terms of noise performance and flexibility. Hence, there has been great deal of search for a digital communication system that is bandwidth efficient and has low bit error rate at a relatively low signal to noise ratio. Various digital modulation schemes are incorporated but they are not feasible or cannot fulfil actual requirement varying in different kind of environment. In this paper we provide a general theoretical approach to analyze various M-ary modulation schemes using MATLAB taking BER as measure of performance when the system is subjected to AWGN and multipath Rayleigh fading channel. Based on these performances a desirable modulation scheme is suggested that provides low BER at low received SNR, performs well in multipath & fading conditions occupies a minimum of bandwidth and is easy & cost effective to implement in present cellular communication.

The objective of this hybrid (DWT,DCT and Huffman quantization) scheme is to calculate the compression ratio, peak signal to noise ratio and mean square error by changing the DWT level and Huffman quantization factor. The goal is to achieve higher compression ratio by applying different compression thresholds for the wavelet coefficient of each DWT band and then DCT with varying Huffman quantization factor while preserving the quality of reconstructed image. First DWT and DCT is applied on individual components RGB. After applying this image is quantized using Huffman quantization to calculate probability index for each unique quantity so as to find out the unique binary code for each unique symbol for their encoding.
