Would you like to be more involved with CC's work? This form is intended to help us intake community members, keep track of our engagement, and allow us to add you to our community spaces.

All new and existing CC community members are asked to fill out this form. This includes former slack participants, CCGN members; Open Education, Open Culture, Copyright platform members; and anyone interested in engaging in the CC community.
