It is a service provider in that it is an example of an entity that provides services to other entities (Regha, 2005:1) the entire world is rapidly becoming obsessed with it especially in our Nigerian universities. Everywhere you look at, or go to in our campuses, you are bound to see people with it (Ewheberene, 2004) Many of these GSM operators are to be found under umbrellas across the street, and in business centers sustaining a new means of livelihood for their owners while affording millions of Nigerians an opportunity to make a phone call at rates even cheaper than the mobile phone advertisers by using any of the different phone company booster card which provide call charge tariffs that are lower than even regular tariffs making the phone yet more accessible. The GSM is a reality in the Nigerian communication milieu. Indeed, Nigerians have waited long enough to enjoy an unencumbered telephony network due mainly to the epileptic services experienced with the Nigerian telecommunication limited (NITEL).

The reason is not farfetched because education plays vital role in the development of any nation. In any nation where education is neglected, the growth of that nation is questionable, because education has been described as the most important resource of any nation. The UNESCO recognizes the library as the most outstanding of all the institutions for educational acquisition. Libraries are primarily set to acquire, organize, store and make accessible to users within the quickest possible time all forms of information materials which they require in education and to make this possible ICTs are needed in libraries. We cannot expect excellent academic programmes in any educational institution without the support of an ICT based driven library. So for sustainable education an ICT based library is inevitable. It is therefore recommended that all libraries no matter their types should be fully automated to make it ICT reliant.

Any nation in the world that wants to develop must harness the skills and knowledge of its youths and utilize then efficiently and effectively for the transformation of the economy, society, politics and culture. Several countries all over the world have made several entrepreneurial efforts. These countries include Malaysia, Indonesia, India, to mention but a few. The essence is to develop their economy as to help in job creation, capacity building, growth and development. This can be best achieved when introduced in the school curriculum. This paper therefore x-rays the need for entrepreneurship education in tertiary institutions for the sustainable development of the Nation. It was however recommended that the National Universities Commission (NUC) should force the universities that are yet to adopt entrepreneurial education programme to do so. Also entrepreneurship education should go beyond the walls of the tertiary institution and should be adopted in a programme enshrined in the curriculum of the primary and secondary schools.

They are accumulation of records of enduring or permanent value, they are those vital original documents that serve as a means for the preservation and presentation of the cultural heritage and national identity of a country and so cannot be ignored in the process of nation building. Among other things, it is recommended that all Nigerian universities [from federal, state and private] with the collaboration of the Nigerian Universities Commission should approve archives and records management as a course of study in their schools as only the University of Ibadan is offering it up to doctoral level. This will help produce more archivists for the country.
