These methodologies segment spare parts into specific categories, supporting informed decisionmaking in inventory management. The results suggest practical recommendations for efficient storage and cost reduction, with applications across diverse industrial sectors, contributing to sustainability and operational efficiency.

Como técnica se usó la encuesta y se utilizó el cuestionario de escala tipo Likert aplicado a 13 directores pertenecientes a la unidad principal de internacionalización de las instituciones de educación superior que estén activas en el sistema nacional de información de la educación superior. Los datos recolectados fueron procesados a través de la técnica estadística de regresión múltiple. Como resultado se identifica una función matemática y se deduce que el proceso de la experiencia representa la contribución más alta con un 91.5%. Se concluye que la gestión de la experiencia es una herramienta cuando se implementan estrategias, se establecen procesos para la experiencia y se diseña el servicio.

El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar los factores que intervienen en el nivel de ... more El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar los factores que intervienen en el nivel de ausentismo del personal que labora en un centro de llamado de Barranquilla (Colombia). Se presenta una metodología cuantitativa de tipo correlacional y la aplicación de un cuestionario sobre las diversas dimensiones del ausentismo. La muestra consiste de 65 sujetos que laboran en un centro de llamado de la ciudad de Barranquilla. Los resultados muestran que existe un nivel de asociación significativo entre el ausentismo y las variables sociodemográficas de edad, cargo y tiempo dentro de la organización. Se concluye que el ausentismo presente en el centro de llamada objeto de estudio arrojó resultados elevados, lo cual se puede justificar al momento de analizar los niveles de riesgo, cultura organizacional y de compromiso, los cuales mostraron ser a su vez bastante negativos.

Se analiza el mercadeo interno (marketing interno) en las pequeñas y medianas empresas del sector... more Se analiza el mercadeo interno (marketing interno) en las pequeñas y medianas empresas del sector salud de Barranquilla, con un enfoque metodológico deductivo, paradigma cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de campo. Como técnica se usa la encuesta, utilizando un cuestionario de escala tipo Likert, aplicado a 16 personas del área de servicio al cliente de la empresa sujeto de estudio. Los datos recolectados fueron procesados a través del análisis factorial, identificándose que la empresa entendida como el producto representa la carga factorial más alta con una participación del 89%. Se concluye que en la aplicación de estrategias de marketing interno en el sector salud, la estabilidad laboral, el sistema de recompensas y las herramientas de comunicación influyen positivamente para tener un recurso humano motivado, satisfecho y fidelizado. Por tal motivo, el mantener vínculos organizacionales sólidos en la actualidad, constituye un reto para los líderes de las compañías.
This article focuses on determining the students´ interactions in the Virtual English Course with... more This article focuses on determining the students´ interactions in the Virtual English Course with Distance Education Model (DEM) at Mumbai University, in India. For this purpose, an analysis was carried out on the database of the students during the academic period 2015 -2018 to select the necessary attributes that allowed to generate a data mining model. An analysis of the mining methods was subsequently carried out comparing each of them in order to select the one that helps the development of the project, choosing the Crisp-dm method since it contains multiple phases indicating each activity to be completed, thus becoming a practical guide. In addition, a comparative analysis was developed taking into account features of the data mining tools where RapidMiner was selected to perform the processes using some algorithms along with the student data which were divided into two sets for training and validation, resulting the decision tree as the best algorithm for the purpose as it correctly classified the instances with a minimum margin of error.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop strategies and innovations to be competitive, and Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are not exempt from this reality. Therefore, this work aims to analyze the forms of innovation in the company and their contribution to the innovation capability in the context of MSMEs. Four types of innovation were evaluated: product innovation, process innovation, organizational innovation, and marketing innovation. A structural equation model was implemented through nine dimensions measured in 207 micro and small companies in Barranquilla, Colombia. The main findings showed statistical significance from the dimensions studied on the dynamic innovation capability.
