It works continuously to contemporise computer systems to operate with high efficiency and to think like what a human think. In addition, this science seeks to make the work of the machine simulate the work of the human brain in thinking and making decisions, according to the environment in which they live. Therefore, it has become necessary to have artificial intelligence applications in all areas, including education, especially the English language teaching electronically. In this regard, the most influential applications and programs that contribute to the development of teaching English electronically and their effectiveness in developing e-learning will be reviewed. This article concluded that there are applications of artificial intelligence in teaching English electronically, which are of great importance and a great future in the development of language teaching.

The convolutional neural network is distinguished in its use in computer vision and graphical analysis applications. It is characterised by the actuality of one or more hidden layers that extract features in images or videos, and there is also a layer to show the effects. In this regard, the authors decided to involve the convolutional neural network algorithm to classify a few chest X-ray images of COVID-19 patients and study the behaviour of this algorithm and the effects that will be obtained at the time of training. Finally, this study concluded that the performance and practices of this algorithm are very excellent and give satisfactory effects with a perfect training time.

It is a supervised learning algorithm that can be used on discrete or continuous data for classification or regression. The most traditional classifier in this algorithm is the C4.5 decision tree, which is the point of this research. This classifier has the advantage of building a vast data set and does not stop until it reaches the desired goal. The problem with this classifier is that there are unnecessary nodes and branches leading to overfitting. This overfitting can negatively affect the classification process. The optoelectronic achievement of a lattice matching InGaAs/InP lateral cavity surface radiating ... more The optoelectronic achievement of a lattice matching InGaAs/InP lateral cavity surface radiating LASER in crystal orientations (100), (110), (111), (113), and (131) is computationally simulated utilising MATLAB by attempting to solve a k.p Hamiltonian of eight-band utilising only a finite difference strategy with spin-orbit linkage. To shift wave-vector k as well as Hamiltonian from traditional (100) plane orientation, tensor plane revolution equations are used. It is demonstrated that optical emission spectrum and crystal plane alignments have a significant correlation. At a carriers injection density of 2.50 x 1018 per cm3, the maximum and minimum gains are measured in the (111) as well as (100) orientations, respectively, with optimum emission wavelengths of 1770.00nm and 1680.00nm. This research will serve as a catalyst for the development of ultra-fast optoelectronic devices with improved performance thanks to the use of non-100 orientation epitaxial layers.

The investment and progress made in the transfer of technology by the Gulf cooperation council (G... more The investment and progress made in the transfer of technology by the Gulf cooperation council (GCC) countries to industrialize their countries are briefly reviewed. About 31.42 billion US$ was spent between, and 2005 to 2015 establish over 3280 industrial operating plants. Manufacturing industry and other sectors contribution to national income has increased significantly. However, serious difficulties and obstacles still face the GCC industry, and these are specified and reported. The status and level of expenditure of R & D were low, and the present R & D system is deficient. These might have been partly responsible for the above industrial problems. Arab countries spent 0.76 % of their GNP on R & D in 1989 compared to 2.92 % of GNP by developed countries. The expenditure on R & D is increased by 10 % for the same period. Examples of indigenous R & D showed success in achieving innovative technologies because the environment for R & D was right. Some corrective measures to present R & D systems are recommended.

In this article, the authors decided to highlight artificial intelligence techniques by identifying the most influential platforms and applications that have been used to track and control the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Fifteen tools utilised in the United States, Canada, South Korea, China, Turkey, Iraq, Germany, India, and Netherlands are organised in one table. This article found the significance of artificial intelligence and its ability to combat and control epidemics.
